Some Riders' fans snuck into the Furies' locker room before the match. They managed to find the Assassins' gear and replace their normally lethal weapons with Nerf swords. As a result, the Furies' assassins did not break armor on a stab until turn 5 of the second half. Hamlet and Othello saved the game for the Riders yet again, thwarting a late half rally by the Furies and ultimately getting the ball to an open Tybalt who danced unmolested into the zone on turn 8. The Furies induceded a journeyman line elf and a mercenary witch elf with strip ball. The merc cost us the game when he attempted to blitz a blitzer out of bounds and then walk into the endzone with the ball not realizing the blitzer had sidestep. This forced a second 1/2 die block due to frenzy and the blitzers STR4 which caused the merc to fall over and drop the ball 1 square from the endzone.
