a well played match that came down to turn 8 of the 2nd half. despite ko'ing 4 elves early the dwarfs weren't able to stop the end around handoff and a lone catcher was able to streak untouched down the sideline to take a 1-0 lead. a slow grinding pace followed as the DDK was content to slowly march down the field while punching any elf in the face that got too close. at the end of the half the score was tied 1-1. The second half continued the way the first half ended as the DDK recovered another deep kick off and began the slow march down the field. a late, poorly set up cage enabled a couple shots on the runner with the ball and it eventually popped out and into the hands of an elf but he was too tired to move anymore. the momentum quickly swung back the other way though as he got knocked down and Kelo was able to quickly pick the ball back up. The next turn he was able to run in the winning score.
