With a mishandled ball followed by a scrum the rats were finally able to get their claws on the ball. A failed long bomb led to a desperate Norse attempt to score which came up a couple of rolls short of a TD. The rats seemed to have iron fur during the first half by consistently avoiding damage. Second half started with a 3 turn riot and a norse cage. The iron fur was left in the locker room. As the casualtied were piling up the Rat Ogre was mostly mad and didn't provide much help to his dwindling teammates. The norsemen were able to force their way into the endzone on turn 8 for the games only TD. The Skaven coach had spoken to his team all week about the pace of the game and encouraging the rats to 'slow down their own offence drive.' Nuffle responds by delivering the Womprats their first scoreless game. Touché Nuffle, Touché .
