The Mandate of Heaven faced off against the Warpstone Womprats in perfect weather. Mandate brought along 3 more line-elfs to fill out the ranks, the newly replaced healer and the beautiful babes of bludweiser. Both teams brought a history of nuffle-induced chaos and were prepared to deal with all the nonesense his worshipful chaos could bring. The fans were not disappointed. Things looked grim for the elves in the first half after the rats perfect kick to the center line and the elves string of skulls and slips (2 turns in a row) brought them to a 2-1 lead with 3 elves off the pitch. Fortunately for Mandate, the Bludweiser did its job and ressucitated the flagging team. Then things started turning around and the rats started off on their own string of skulls and slips (3 out of the next 4 turns), ending with a 2-2 halftime score. After the half, the rats received the ball and looked like they were about to score when Nathanael jumped the passer for an interception. After some back-and-forth by both teams the elves came away with the touchdown. From then on it seemed as if the rats had lost the will to play, slipping, sliding, tripping and falling there way into chaos and disorder while the elves showed uncharacteristic grace and managed to pass, duck and weave for another 2 touchdowns. All in all it was an interesting time.
