DD Came ready for this big game, and brought some big names to the game. Ramtut III and Hack and Slash made apperances at this game along with a Wrestle zombie. A huge crowd turned out to see these hero's of legand play again. The game started out with DD winning the flip and recieving the ball and slowly bringing the ball down field in a slow grinding drive. The dwarves had great displine and resolve to hold up the undead several times with all their skilled players but the 3 mummies and the chainsaw slowly pushed them down the field, even at first thinking they killed a troll slayer but actually it was just a AV decrease. Dwarves got the ball in the second half and slowly started there drive, with the deathroller making an apperance. They shoved and fought there way down with some crazy bouncing rolls and the bll scatters several times through the blocks of undead and dwarves all in tacklezones... They scored in turn 8 but the drive cost them a Runner. Overtime began with the undead winning the kickoff and having 2 rerolls to go for it. After a nifty wrestle down of the dwarf star blitzer and knocking out the last runner and nearly all the team speed, the undead burst up the sideline, one last attempt was made by the star TS, who came up just short on his reroll attempt as he took a stiff arm and was knocked down by long bomb. A good game by all, some early failed rolls hurt the dwarves, and managing to go the whole game without an undead leaving the pitch was very nice. Yeah, I really never got anything going in this one. failed blocks, failed dodges, failed passes. and not a single undead player left the pitch.
